I’m Aileen, a software engineer and community builder from Monterrey, Mexico, passionate about exploring what’s possible when AI becomes a natural part of how we create. I don’t see AI as “the product,” but as a creative amplifier, something that helps me experiment faster, build more, and bring ideas to life with a sense of curiosity and play.

My work centers around JavaScript, the web, and emerging AI tooling. I’m especially interested in AI-first user experiences and the future of interaction design: interfaces where humans and agents build together, not one after the other.

I also care deeply about community. I lead meetups, speak at conferences,organize workshops, and collaborate with developer communities across Mexico. Creating spaces where people can learn, share, and feel supported is one of the most meaningful parts of my career.

Recently, I’ve been diving into how developers use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, MCP, and agentic workflows in real production environments. I’ve built small AI-powered utilities and prototypes, and I’m eager to keep learning and building more robust systems, sharpen my design thinking, and understand how these patterns scale and solve real problems.
